The Villa is located at the edge of a Forestry area and a tranquil part of the village. Distance to the beach and to the next shopping place is 10 minutes stroll. It has a very big and beautiful garden. There are stairs which lead to the large terrace of the house. The entrance of the house is through this terrace.
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen (with 4 rings hob, fridge and plenty of cuttleries), a living room authenticly decorated ( there are two Divans which allow both comfortably sitting and sleeping) and a Bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine.
On the first floor there is one master bedroom, one bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with two single divan beds(comfortable for sleeping and sitting. All 3 bedrooms are share one bathroom on the same floor and another one downstairs.
The Villa is build in a very traditional Ottoman style and designed by Nail �akirhan, who was awarded with "Aga Khan Architecturel price"in 1987. All his projects are respected as significant values and registered in National Trust inventories.
