This unique villa is located at the most quiet bit of the village and build havely with pine wood. All ceillings are paved with traditional geometric patterns and well known in the country as Ula / Mugla design.
The villa is designed by the gentilmen who had been awarded with Aghahan Architectiral price in 1987.
The house is featured with an octagonal shape. In the middle of the villa starting from the ground floor and finishing in the top roof, there is an atrium. All the bed rooms, bathrooms and kitchen are spreaded around this octagon shaped atrium.
On the top of the house there is a tower, which creates the light for the atrium aswell as the Windows spreaded around the ground floor lounge. In the front a big terrace type of balcony surround almost the half of the building's body. Balcony is so spacesh and can comfortably accomodate 10 people.
Under neeth ground floor there is a store room which initaily was built as a care taker room. Stairs leading from the garden to the ground floor. Big balcony and the shatters are protecting the house from the hot days and keeps cool inside.
Atrium serves as living lounge and decorated with authantic kelims, cushens and setties. A functional fire place with beautiful caligrafic tiles surface decorates the atrium. Two arched passages lead to the kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with utensiles in a standarts level. Fridge, Cooker, washing machine, dish washer, an oven, coffe machine, blender and enough utensiles for 10 people.
A wood stairs lead to the first floor where all the bed rooms are spreaded. 2 of the bed rooms are double bedded and two of them twin bedded.
One in the ground floor and one in the first floor, in total there are two bath rooms serving 8 people.
